RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Since each order is unique to customer and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will promptly re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit. No Exceptions.

Customer must notify PixelsPrinted within 5 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product.

CANCELLATION POLICY

PixelsPrinted will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to starting work on your proof. However, orders may be eligible for cancellation upon request via email. Our Customer Service Team will inform you of any cancellation charges depending on the stage of the order.

If an order is canceled, any labor hours (proofs, graphic design work, etc.) or administrative fees (credit cards fees, etc.) will be subtracted from your refund. The minimum is 50% of the total transaction.

There is a NO REFUND for Custom Graphic Design Service orders that have been placed and work has began.

All work and services rendered to Customer remains PixelsPrinted’s property until Customer has paid for it and discharged all other debts owing to PixelsPrinted. If Customer misuses service(s) in any way, PixelsPrinted reserves the right to contact the parties responsible for the misuse, and demand the cost for the service(s).

 

Yes, absolutely. Email us a link to the product/design you like to see a proof of, along with the information (name, title, tel, email, website, etc.) and, if applicable, a high resolution head shot and ALL logo files you have to info@pixelsprinted.com and one of our designers will set up a proof for you to review promptly.

You will receive a proof within 24 hours, usually same day if you place your order before 12 pm EST. 

Yes, all designs are fully customizable (layout, content, fonts, colors, etc.). If you work with a real estate franchise, keep in mind that we are limited to the guidelines the respective franchise has given us in terms of layout and colors. We do our best to make sure you are compliant with your franchise.

No, there is no extra charge. We want you to love your product.

Each order entitles you to two rounds of changes. That is not to say that we will not make further changes until you love your product.

Because of differences in equipment, paper, inks, and other conditions between color proofing and production press room operations, a “pleasing color” variation between color proofs and the completed job, as determined by generally accepted trade technical methods, is to be expected. When such a variation occurs, it is industry standard and will be considered accepted performance. We DO NOT GUARANTEE an exact color match to any photos or artwork submitted to us. If photos or artwork are submitted as a any color mode other than CMYK we will convert the color mode to CMYK before print. Because your computer monitor display uses RGB (3 color format) there may be a slight color shift when converted to CMYK (4 color printing format). If there is a color shift we are not responsible for that color shift. Please note that while not typical, there may occasionally be a slight difference in color on reordered products. As such, we DO NOT GUARANTEE an exact color match on reordered items.

We send proofs for you to approve before we move to print. You are responsible for proof reading. We will NOT reprint because of grammatical or spelling errors, or omissions. We will NOT reprint for color discrepancies on any gang-run offset item.
